At the Office of Medicaid Innovation, in partnership with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, I lead a team of instructional and graphic designers as we work with Medicaid-enrolled clients across the state. I use learning experience design principles along with animated video creation to make engaging and responsive eLearning courses. My expertise in instructional design and multimedia development allows me to create learning experiences that are both effective and visually compelling.
